Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy.
 
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 45 days to make a return. You must send back and upload the return tracking number within 45 days after the purchase date.
Due to the current situation, we are extending our return timeframe. All orders placed on or after 20th September, 2020 may be returned up to 60 days (was 45days) from the date of purchase.
 
What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge?
There are two return methods, the first method you must use the shipping label we provide, then send back and postmark the package.
① Post Office (Return by Royal Mail return label)
The first return label is free on your return for every order. Each additional return label for the same order (For packages weighing less than 20kg)costs £ 2.50, which will be deducted from your refund.(The return label should be 10×15 cm)
② Self-Sending (Return by yourself at your own cost)
 
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie,jewellery, beauty , underwear, Event & Party Supplies ,DIY Supplies ,Pet Supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). We cannot offer refunds on cosmetic if the hygiene seal has been broken.
3. Final sales items and free gifts can’t be returned.
Note:
1. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect processing your return.
2. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products.
3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact SHEIN Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
How will I get my refund?
Your request will be processed within 10 business days after we receive your return. 
Note:
1.The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
2.Please contact us within 3 months if you have any issues with your orders. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
